Antonia is simply the best trainer I have ever worked with and my results have been amazing (and working with her is FUN!). For me, TWO sessions over Zoom with Antonia has been better than working out 5-6 hours per week at the gym. My clothes fit better, and I am stronger. Pre-COVID I was at the gym 3-4 times per week, for a minimum of 1.5 hours each time doing cardio, weights and stretching - I left sweaty and I believed I was pushing myself. My results were okay - I maintained a decent weight and learned to live with my middle age belly - I figured it was just the best I could expect.
When gyms closed, I didn’t know what to do. I started working out with Antonia once a week then twice a week. Not only is Antonia motivating and fun to work with, she is incredibly smart and well versed in a broad variety of exercise techniques. She is able to target exercises that get results. Zoom with Antonia is better than ANY live class I have ever attended - and I’ve taken plenty. Call her now - you will be so happy you did.
