Exercise & nutrition go hand in hand. The older I get, the more I realize how important food is in my overall fitness. Together they are very powerful & help you achieve your goals that much faster. And yes, you feel better too!  For my one-one clients, I customize workouts & nutrition plans based on individual needs & goals. For my group fitness classes, I teach different types of workouts & welcome all fitness levels. Depending on what level of commitment you are looking exercise or nutrition wise, I have some options for you!

I offer 1-on-1 personal training, small group training & group fitness classes. Workouts are for all fitness levels as modifications are given to make exercises easier or more challenging. There are no judgements ever. I encourage you to listen to your body, do you best and embrace where you are today.


I also offer 1-on-1 fitness nutrition sessions. We review your current diet, determine your goals & focus on improving your eating patterns together. No worries, you will be eating! Just making better choices that add up to real, healthy changes. Yay!
