I've never really followed society or cultural rules set out for me. I've always chosen the path less traveled.
At 38 I left Wall Street to pursue my passion in fitness when everyone thought I was crazy. But I followed my gut and haven't looked back since.
Now at the age of 50, I've had the opportunity to work for some of the top fitness brands on the planet. (I was Peloton's first instructor when no one believed people would pay to workout at home. Crazy now right?) This platform has given me the opportunity to do what I love most: empower people of all ages & fitness levels to do, feel & be their best. And yes, you feel better too! For my 1-on-1 clients, I customize workouts & nutrition plans based on your individual needs & goals. For my group fitness classes, I teach different types of workouts & welcome all fitness levels.
